Datus is committed to its customers and is dedicated to provide quality support for its products. In order to serve our customers more effectively, we offer MY DATUS EXCHANGE PROGRAM.

My Datus Exchange Program

DATUS Inc. covers its monitor series with an enhanced customer support service called MY DATUS , which provides advanced product replacement within a specified service coverage area directly from Datus Inc. MY DATUS program dramatically reduces the user's system downtime by providing an advanced replacement unit before the defect unit is returned to Datus Inc. For the 1st year Datus Inc. will send a replacement monitor within 48 hours of RMA approval, along with a UPS call tag for the customer to return the defective monitor at Datus Inc.'s expense. MY DATUS policy is available only for users who register their monitors either by mailing their Warranty Registration Card or by registering online at www.datuspc.com

Advanced Replacement Program

After the problem is determination by Technical Support, Datus Inc. offers an advanced replacement option during the monitor's warranty period.

For advanced replacement, user will be required to provide a credit card (AMEX/MC/VISA/Discover) guarantee to secure this shipment, repackage the failed unit and return it using a pre-arranged call tag to Datus Inc. In the event that the monitor is not returned to DATUS Inc. in 21 days, the user's credit card will be charged for the full amount of the monitor.

Without a credit card guarantee, the user will ship out the defective monitors to Datus Inc. through the arrangement of shipping with our customer representatives. Once the defective monitor is received, the replacement unit will be dispatched within 24 working hours to the user.


Above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. Datus reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option. Exchange units assume the remaining warranty of the original product. Please refer to your Datus Limited Warranty Statement for complete terms and conditions, as some models have other terms and conditions. Some limitations and restrictions apply and these programs are subject to change without prior notice.
